- Du benutzt deinen Zauberstab, um eine Plattform, ein Compliance-as-Code-Framework und Standards zu entwickeln, die sicherstellen, dass unsere Softwareentwicklung GDPR, IT-Grundschutz, C5, ISO 27001, SSDLC, KRITIS, DORA und all den anderen Akronymen, die uns begegnen, entspricht
- Du beginnst mit der Automatisierung von Compliance-Audits, um Feststellungen vor dem Auditor zu identifizieren
- Du verwaltest eine Fundgrube von Tools zur Erstellung von Compliance-Dokumentation und stellst sicher, dass alles ordentlich abgelegt und für die nächste epische Aufgabe bereit ist
- Du untersuchst alle Compliance-Pannen oder -Verstöße und entwickelst clevere Pläne, um Probleme zu beheben und zukünftige Fehler zu vermeiden
- Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit der Rechtsabteilung, der Sicherheitsabteilung und der Qualitätssicherung. Du bist der Guru für alle Fragen rund um Compliance als Code. Du gibst dein Wissen weiter und bildest unsere Software-Magier in der Kunst der Compliance aus. Du schaffst eine Kultur, in der Compliance eine Selbstverständlichkeit ist
- Du bleibst auf dem Laufenden über sich ändernde Vorschriften und Branchenstandards und suchst stets nach Möglichkeiten, unsere Compliance-Position zu verbessern

- Du hast erfolgreich erstklassigen Code entwickelt, getestet und bereitgestellt, vorzugsweise in Go
- Du verfügst über umfassendes Wissen über Software-Sicherheitsprinzipien und Best Practices. Du hast Erfahrung in der Modellierung von Bedrohungen, der Überprüfung von Sicherheitscode und dem Management von Sicherheitslücken. Du bist nicht nur ein Compliance-Guru, sondern auch ein Sicherheitsexperte
- Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis von GDPR, IT-Grundschutz, C5, ISO 27001, SSDLC und anderen relevanten Standards. Du hast dich durch die trüben Gewässer der regulatorischen Anforderungen navigiert und bist als Sieger hervorgegangen

No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
