Als Performance Marketing Manager bist Du ein wichtiger Bestandteil unseres Kampagnenteams und trägst einen entscheidenden Anteil zum Erfolg des Kunden bei.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die Steuerung der PPC Kanäle für Dein eigenes Kundenportfolio
- Du realisierst entsprechend Deiner Fähigkeiten und Deiner Berufserfahrung Kampagnen über Google Search, Google Display, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Snap Chat, LinkedIn und/oder Xing
- Du entwickelst eigenständig und im Austausch mit deinem Team für unserer Kunden, entsprechend ihrer Zielvorgaben, Digitale Marketing Strategien
- Du erstellst Reportings und entwickelst Optimierungs- und Handlungsempfehlungen auf Basis deiner Kampagnenergebnisse
- Du baust mit unserer Unterstützung Deine Skills kontinuierlich weiter aus und wirst so zum Spezialist (m/w/d) im Performance Marketing

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung bei Planung, Steuerung und Auswertung von Google Ads Kampagnen und bist im Umgang mit den relevanten KPIs vertraut
- Du bringst viel Begeisterung für das Thema Performance Marketing mit und bist bereit, deine Skills auf das nächste Level zu bringen
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und scheust nicht davor zurück, deine Erfolge auch mit dem Kunden zu besprechen
- Du hast Interesse, Dein Wissen bei anderen Performance Kanälen (Meta, Tiktok etc.) auszubauen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
