Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für strategisch bedeutsame Projekte von der Ideenfindung bis hin zur operativen Umsetzung
- Du unterstützt beim Controlling der Kennzahlen und Reporting an unsere Investoren
- Du bereitest für unsere Gründer Analysen, Präsentationen und Berichte vor
- Du unterstützt bei übergeordneten Themen, wie Vertriebsstrategie, Produkt-Roadmap und Finanzierungsrunden
- Du analysierst neue Märkte, Zielgruppen und zukünftige Geschäftsmodelle für B2B und B2C

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du suchst einen gut bezahlten Job bei dem Du gleichzeitig Dein Wissen aus dem Studium anwenden kannst
- Du befindest Dich im fortgeschrittenen Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder Ingenieurwesen und hast bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen gesammelt
- Du hast Interesse an Erneuerbaren Energien, Elektromobilität, Ladeinfrastruktur oder nachhaltigen Immobilien
- Du kennst wesentliche Arbeitsweisen und Zusammenhänge von kleinen, dynamischen Teams
- Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und fühlst Dich sicher im Umgang mit Stakeholder:innen aus verschiedenen Bereichen (mit Führungskräften, Kolleg:innen, Kund:innen, etc.)
- Du bringst analytische Fähigkeiten und einen Blick über den Tellerrand mit
- Du arbeitest gerne mit digitalen Tools und bist fit im Umgang mit komplexen Daten und Tabellen
- Du bist ein:e Teamplayer:in, sagst Deine Meinung, denkst in Lösungen und packst an, wo es gerade brennt! Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
- Du bist wöchentlich für 15-20h verfügbar (in den Semesterferien auch gerne mehr) und suchst eine langfristige Beschäftigung für mindestens 6 Monate

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
