Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst Implementierungsprojekte bei unseren Neukunden und stellst eine reibungslose Umsetzung im vorgegebenen Zeitrahmen sicher.
- Du optimierst mit uns kontinuierlich den Implementierungsprozess und wirkst bei der Erstellung von Schulungs- & Marketingmaterialien mit.
- Du begleitest den Wandel im Krankenhaus hin zum digitalen Arbeiten und gewinnst mit deiner Kommunikationsstärke auch anfängliche Skeptiker.
- Im laufenden Betrieb bist Du Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kund:innen für Fragen zum Produkt - hierzu gehören sowohl die klinischen Anwender:innen als auch die kaufmännische Projektleitung des Krankenhauses.
- Du filterst Kundenwünsche, identifizierst für die Produktentwicklung wertvolle Ideen und balancierst die Anforderungen der internen und externen Stakeholder optimal aus.
- Du sorgst mit deiner Arbeit jeden Tag für Veränderung - sowohl in den Krankenhäusern, als auch bei uns.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Vorerfahrung im Gesundheitswesen sowie Kenntnisse über die Strukturen und Abläufe in Krankenhäusern
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit, z.B. im Kontext von Digitalprojekten
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in den Bereichen Beratung, IT, Anwenderbetreuung oder Change Management
- Ausgeprägte Affinität zu den Themen IT und digitales Arbeiten
- Verbindliches Auftreten gepaart mit Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Hartnäckigkeit und die Fähigkeit, auch in schwierigen Projektphasen das Ziel nicht aus dem Auge zu verlieren
- Du arbeitest gern alleine, im Team oder beim Kunden vor Ort – je nachdem, was gerade gebraucht wird. Dabei macht es dir nichts aus, auch mal über mehrere Tage deutschlandweit unterwegs zu sein.
- Deutsch beherrschst du fließend in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
