Als Projektmanager:in für klinische Digitalisierungsprojekte (all genders) arbeitest Du eng mit den klinischen Teams vor Ort in unseren innovativen Kunden-Krankenhäusern im deutschsprachigen Raum zusammen. Du trägst maßgeblich dazu bei, dass in Zukunft Patient:innen in jedem Krankenhaus auf Standardpfade aufgeführt und daher besonders sicher behandelt werden. In deiner Rolle bist du dafür zuständig, unsere Neukund:innen während der Implementierungsphase auf ihrem Weg zu zufriedenen Bestandskund:innen zu begleiten, die unsere Software über Jahre hinweg nutzen. Gemeinsam mit deinen ärztlichen Kolleg:innen von Kumi unterstützt Du die klinischen Teams und machst sie schnell zu begeisterten Kumi-Fans. Im weiteren Verlauf wirkst du auf eine kontinuierlich hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sowie Erweiterungen des Einsatzbereiches bei Bestandskund:innen hin. Die langfristige Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden-Krankenhäuser ist damit der Erfolg von dir und deinem Team! Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit Ärzt:innen und Medizinstudent:innen aus deinem Team, anderen Bereichen, wie dem Produkt Team, sowie mit dem Kumi Gründungsteam.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst Implementierungsprojekte bei unseren Neukunden und stellst eine reibungslose Umsetzung im vorgegebenen Zeitrahmen sicher.
- Du optimierst mit uns kontinuierlich den Implementierungsprozess und wirkst bei der Erstellung von Schulungs- & Marketingmaterialien mit.
- Du begleitest den Wandel im Krankenhaus hin zum digitalen Arbeiten und gewinnst mit deiner Kommunikationsstärke auch anfängliche Skeptiker.
- Im laufenden Betrieb bist Du Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kund:innen für Fragen zum Produkt - hierzu gehören sowohl die klinischen Anwender:innen als auch die kaufmännische Projektleitung des Krankenhauses.
- Du filterst Kundenwünsche, identifizierst für die Produktentwicklung wertvolle Ideen und balancierst die Anforderungen der internen und externen Stakeholder optimal aus.
- Du sorgst mit deiner Arbeit jeden Tag für Veränderung - sowohl in den Krankenhäusern, als auch bei uns.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Vorerfahrung im Gesundheitswesen sowie Kenntnisse über die Strukturen und Abläufe in Krankenhäusern
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit, z.B. im Kontext von Digitalprojekten
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in den Bereichen Beratung, IT, Anwenderbetreuung oder Change Management
- Ausgeprägte Affinität zu den Themen IT und digitales Arbeiten
- Verbindliches Auftreten gepaart mit Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Hartnäckigkeit und die Fähigkeit, auch in schwierigen Projektphasen das Ziel nicht aus dem Auge zu verlieren
- Du arbeitest gern alleine, im Team oder beim Kunden vor Ort – je nachdem, was gerade gebraucht wird. Dabei macht es dir nichts aus, auch mal über mehrere Tage deutschlandweit unterwegs zu sein.
- Deutsch beherrschst du fließend in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
