Als Servicetechniker (m/w/d) bist Du für den Service, die Wartung unseres innovativen Parkmanagementsystems vor Ort verantwortlich. Gemeinsam mit dem Installationsteam sorgst Du dafür, dass unser System im gesamten DACH-Raum planmäßig und reibungslos funktioniert.

Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist zusammen mit Deinen Kolleg:innen aus dem Installationsteam dafür zuständig, dass unsere Parkmanagementsysteme (bestehend aus Automaten, Kameras, Beschilderung und weiteren Elementen) beim Kund:innen vor Ort reibungslos funktionieren
- Du führst regelmäßige und kurzfristige Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an unseren Systemen (Parkautomaten, Scanner, etc.) eigenständig durch
- Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Teams (z. B. Customer Success, Projektmanagement) zusammen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf bei den Kund:innen
- Du bist eigenständig verantwortlich für die Behebung von Störungen, Fehlerursachen und Funktionsstörungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Elektriker / Elektroinstallateur (m/w/d) oder einen vergleichbaren Hintergrund
- Du verfügst über gute EDV-Grundkenntnisse
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und bestenfalls auch einen Anhängerführerschein sowie Reisebereitschaft
- Du bringst ein gutes technisches Verständnis mit und gibst Dich mit „passt schon“ nicht zufrieden
- Deine Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Selbständigkeit im Denken und Handeln zeichnen Dich aus
- Du behältst den Überblick und bewahrst die Ruhe, wenn etwas schiefläuft und erarbeitest zielstrebig eine nachhaltige Lösung
- Du hast gute Deutschkenntnisse und ein grundsätzliches Verständnis auf Englisch

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
