Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung der Abteilung IT-Software und Anwendungssysteme, einschließlich der Führung und Förderung der anvertrauten Mitarbeitenden
- Sie stellen den reibungslosen Softwarebetrieb der Unternehmensgruppe sicher
- Sie initiieren und führen die mittel- und langfristigen IT-Strategie des Unternehmens entscheidend voran und entwickeln das Leistungsportfolio der relevanten Software- und Anwendungssysteme für die internen und externen Kund:innen weiter
- Sie erarbeiten Planungs- und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Geschäftsleitung
- Sie erstellen, überwachen und verantworten das abteilungsspezifische Budget

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich IT oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung und überzeugen durch mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung und Steuerung von IT-Software- und Anwendungssystemen, idealerweise von ERP- und CRM-Systemen
- Sie haben bereits mehrere Jahre Führungserfahrung und die Entwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeitenden liegt Ihnen am Herzen
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ein ausgeprägtes strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken aus, erkennen schnell komplexe Zusammenhänge und zählen Ergebnisorientierung, Eigenständigkeit sowie Durchsetzungskompetenz zu Ihren Stärken
- Sie haben ein souveränes Auftreten, verfügen über Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine starke Präsentations- und Moderationskompetenz
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
