- Die direkte Zusammenarbeit mit den Produktmanager:innen, um unser Produkt zu verbessern und um neue Features zu entwickeln
- Die Optimierung der Produktqualität durch Testen neuer Funktionen auf unserer Videotherapie-Plattform. Dabei verwendest du einen nutzerorientierten Ansatz zur Sicherstellung der besten Qualität für unsere Patient:innen
- Die Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams der Stakeholder, um die Anforderungen aus Geschäfts- und Nutzerperspektive zu verstehen. Dazu sammelst du Informationen zu Arbeitsabläufen und Featureanforderungen ein
- Die Hilfe bei der Verwaltung und Priorisierung des Backlogs, schlüsselst Features auf und kommunizierst diese an das Entwicklungsteam
- Das Analysieren der Produkte unserer Mitbewerber:innen, um von deren Erfolg zu lernen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist derzeit Bachelor- oder Masterstudent:in in den Bereichen Softwareentwicklung, Produktentwicklung, Datenanalyse, Marketing, Wirtschaft oder einem anderen relevanten Bereich
- Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Produktmanagement, Human Computer Interaction oder Softwareentwicklung durch ein Praktikum oder Werkstudententätigkeit sammeln können
- Erste Erfahrungen mit Qualitätssicherung, QA-Tests und -Prozessen sind ein Plus
- Die teamübergreifende Zusammenarbeit ist dir wichtig, um eine erfolgreiche Projektdurchführung zu gewährleisten
- Du hast einen Blick für’s Detail und versetzt dich in die Nutzendenperspektive. Du arbeitest selbstmotiviert, proaktiv, organisiert, und ergebnisorientiert
- Mindestverfügbarkeit: 20 Stunden pro Woche, idealerweise 3 bis 4 Tage pro Woche
- Du hast ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (in Sprache und Schrift) in Deutsch (mindestens C1) und Englisch (C1)
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse der notwendigen branchenbezogenen Kollaborationstools (Jira, Confluence, GDrive, Google Analytics, etc)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
