Wir vertreiben Kaminöfen, Solaranlagen, Schornsteinsysteme und Speichertechnik. Als Online-Fachhändler arbeiten wir jeden Tag mit Leidenschaft an der Verbesserung der Einkaufserfahrung unserer Kunden. Werde Teil unseres dynamischen und motivierten Teams an unserem Standort in Dresden.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du wirst ein wesentlicher Bestandteil unseres Supply Chains Team und unterstützt uns z. bei der Analyse unserer Produktleistung oder der Optimierung unserer Lieferketten
- Dein Beitrag liegt in der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung professioneller, langfristiger Geschäftsbeziehungen zu unseren Lieferanten im In- und Ausland
- Du arbeitest selbstständig an Projekten, mit dem Ziel, die Verfügbarkeit und Qualität unserer Produkte stetig zu verbessern
- Deine Aufgabe umfasst Marktbeobachtung, Identifikation von Trends und Erstellung von aussagekräftigen Wettbewerbsanalysen
- Basierend auf diesen Daten unterstützt du aktiv den Ausbau unseres Produktportfolios, sowohl durch die Integration neuer Lieferanten als auch durch die Erschließung neuer Warengruppen
- Darüber hinaus hilfst Du uns beim Ausbau unseres Master Data Management, der Optimierung der Eigenmarken-Produktion und der Digitalisierung unserer Supply Chain
- Gemeinsam mit dem Head of Operations erarbeitest du unsere ESG-Strategie

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Logistik oder vergleichbar
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits erste Erfahrungen im Gebiet Supply Chain oder in verwandten Bereichen mit
- Deine analytischen Fähigkeiten kombinierst du mit einer strukturierten, eigenständigen Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind für dich selbstverständlich
- Dein Interesse an nachhaltigen Beschaffungsstrategien und im Bereich Umwelt, Soziales und Governance (ESG) ist deutlich erkennbar
- Du bist pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert
- Du bringst Neugier mit, möchtest dazulernen und dich in neue Themen einarbeiten
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
