Ihre Aufgaben:
- Sie nehmen interne IT-Anfragen für den First- und Second-Level-Support per Telefon, E-Mail oder Ticketsystem entgegen und bearbeiten diese
- Sie beheben technische Probleme auf Nutzerebene, indem Sie Software-, Hardware- und Netzwerkprobleme analysieren und lösen
- Sie unterstützen bei der Einrichtung von Computern, Softwareinstallationen und der Konfiguration von Peripheriegeräten
- Sie wirken bei der Wartung und Optimierung von IT-Systemen und -Infrastrukturen mit
- Sie erstellen und pflegen IT-Tickets sowie technische Dokumentationen, Lösungen und Wissensdatenbanken
- Sie planen und führen Schulungen oder Workshops für Endbenutzer zu neuen Technologien und Tools durch und wirken bei IT-Projekten mit
- Sie arbeiten eng mit unseren Businesspartnern, Stakeholdern und unserem Headquarter in Spanien auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene zusammen

Das bringen Sie mit:
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und verfügen über erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support, vorzugsweise im 1st und 2nd Level IT-Support
- Sie sind vertraut mit grundlegenden Operationen im Rechenzentrum, wie Backup, Change-Management und Service Levels
- Sie haben Erfahrung mit oder Interesse an der Arbeit mit den folgenden Anwendungen und Systemen: Microsoft Remote Desktop Dienste, Microsoft Windows 10-11, MacOS, Microsoft Office 365, Apple iOS
- Sie können Diagnose und Behebung von Hardwarefehlern sowie grundlegende Prozesse der IMAC-Dienste (Install, Move, Add, Change) in der Clientumgebung gewährleisten
- Sie haben Grundkenntnisse in Microsoft Windows Server und Active Directory sowie Azure Active Directory und Identity Provider (Entra)
- Sie besitzen Grundkenntnisse mit MDM-Systemen (z.B. Baramundi, Ivanti)
- Sie verfügen über sichere Deutsch- (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift
- Sie besitzen idealerweise einen Führerschein der Klasse B (aber nicht verpflichtend)

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
