Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist zuständig für die Konzeption und Entwicklung von fortschrittlichen Planungs- und Analyseanwendungen mit Jedox, die unsere Prozesse optimieren und unsere Effizienz steigern
- Du sorgst für die Optimierung bestehender sowie für die Erstellung neuer, intuitiver Oberflächen und aussagekräftiger Reports, um die Benutzerfreundlichkeit zu maximieren
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen klärst du Detailfragen und sorgst für eine eigenständige Umsetzung von Anforderungen aus verschiedenen Bereichen
- Du bist zuständig für die Anpassung und den Aufbau von OLAP-Datenmodellen, welche maßgeschneidert für die spezifischen Strukturen von unserem Unternehmen funktionieren
- Du erstellst und optimierst spezifische ETL-Prozesse zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Datenflüsse
- Du sorgst für die Integration von vor- und nachgelagerten Systemen wie Personio und SAP, was zur Optimierung unserer gesamten IT-Infrastruktur beiträgt

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL/Wirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Mathematik oder damit vergleichbaren Studiengängen
- Du kannst eine solide Erfahrung mit Jedox (Academy Expert Level) oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrungen vorweisen. Du besitzt zudem grundlegende Programmierkenntnisse (z. B. in PHP, Java, REST-API) und bist fit in Excel. Von Vorteil sind außerdem Kenntnisse in SAP sowie in BWL, Rechnungswesen, Controlling und in der Finanzplanung
- Du zeichnest dich durch ein starkes logisches Denken und dein Faible für Zahlen und Strukturen aus. Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeit ist neben deiner Kundenorientierung deine große Stärke. Du bist ein Teamplayer:in, mit einem hohen Maß an Selbstständigkeit
- Du sprichst sicher Deutsch und Englisch

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
