Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie agieren eigenverantwortlich in Ihrem Vertriebsgebiet, bauen Kontakte zu den Entscheidungsträgern in Kliniken sowie Krankenhäusern weiter aus und akquirieren Neukund:innen
- Sie beraten Kund:innen und Interessent:innen bezüglich der gesamten Produktpalette unserer Drainage-Systeme, erarbeiten kundenspezifische Lösungen, unterstützen mit Ihrem Fachwissen und weisen bei Implantationen ein
- Sie beobachten den Markt, die Markt- sowie Wettbewerbsaktivitäten und setzen Kundenbindungsmaßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Vertriebsleitung um
- Sie koordinieren die Abläufe, vom Erstkontakt bis zum Vertragsabschluss, unter Nutzung der CRM-Software
- Sie weisen unsere Schulungsmitarbeiter:innen in Rücksprache mit der Vertriebsleitung ein und führen diese sowie wirken teils selbst bei Patient:innen- oder Stationsschulungen mit
- Sie bereiten Produktpräsentationen vor und führen diese durch und wirken an Messen, Kongressen und Workshops mit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie können ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. im Bereich Gesundheitswesen oder BWL) oder eine Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder medizinischen Bereich (z. B. Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder MFA) vorweisen.
- Sie verfügen über profunde Kenntnisse im medizinischen Umfeld und Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb von medizintechnischen Produkten.
- Sie bringen ein tiefes Verständnis von betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen mit und sind es gewohnt, Vertriebsziele umzusetzen.
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft, Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke aus.
- Sie besitzen ein sicheres und freundliches Auftreten sowie Verhandlungsgeschick und Beratungskompetenz.
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (ab C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse und besitzen einen Pkw-Führerschein sowie Reisebereitschaft.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
