Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt bei der Kaltaquise zur Identifikation und Qualifizierung von potenziellen Kund:innen durch gezielte Recherche und Ansprache
- Du hilfst bei der Erstkontaktaufnahme und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen über Telefon, E-Mail und soziale Medien
- Du arbeitest mit dem Customer Success Team und Management zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Lead-Generierungsstrategien zusammen
- Du unterstützt bei Marktanalysen zur Identifizierung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
- Du arbeitest bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Vertriebs- und Marketingkampagnen mit
- Du wirkst aktiv an der Berichterstattung und Dokumentation der Vertriebsaktivitäten im CRM-System (Pipedrive) mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist Student:in im fortgeschrittenen Bachelor- oder im Masterstudium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Marketing oder ähnlichen Studienrichtungen
- Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Vertrieb oder Kundenbetreuung, was von Vorteil ist
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Überzeugungskraft
- Du zeigst Eigeninitiative und Zielorientierung sowie die Fähigkeit, eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten
- Du hast Interesse an digitalen Produkten und Technologien und idealerweise Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen (wie z.B. Pipedrive)
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und hast gute Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
