- Du bist Teil unseres dynamischen Experience Design Teams und sammelst praktische Erfahrungen in verschiedenen Designbereichen wie Grafik-, Print- und Online-Design.
- Du erstellst visuell ansprechende Grafikelemente für Digital- und Printmedien.
- Du gestaltest grafische Elemente und Content für Social Media.
- Du erstellst digitale Lead-orientierte Kampagnen über verschiedene Kanäle.
- Du verbesserst die Optik von Webseiten und die User Experience (UX).
- Du unterstützt das Design und Layout von Webseiten und E-Mail-Kampagnen.
- Du hilfst bei der Entwicklung von Marketingmaterialien wie Broschüren, Flyern und Postern.
- Du nimmst an Brainstorming-Meetings teil und bringst kreative Ideen ein.
- Du hilfst bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen und visuellen Hilfsmitteln.

- Du studierst derzeit Grafikdesign, Kunst oder eine verwandte Fachrichtung und hast sehr gute Noten.
- Du hast erste Berufserfahrung mit generativen KI-Tools wie ChatGPT, Midjourney, Dall-E, Runway, Relume, etc.
- Du beherrschst die Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) und Figma.
- Du hast Grundkenntnisse in der Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Du hast ein grundlegendes Verständnis von Webdesign-Grundlagen und Tools (z.B. HTML, CSS, etc.).
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte kreative und analytische Fähigkeiten.
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Detailgenauigkeiten und Organisationstalent.
- Du hast wirksame Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Du bist in der Lage, selbstständig und kooperativ in einem Team zu arbeiten.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
