Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst Landing Pages in Wordpress und Webflow, von Konzept bis Implementierung
- Du integrierst Tracking Technologien, um relevante Daten zu sammeln
- Du automatisierst Schnittstellen und Datenaustausch wie CRM (Hubspot), E-Mail Tools (Klaviyo) und anderen Tools
- Du arbeitest sehr eng mit dem Copywriting und Grafikteam zusammen: Du führst den Aufbau konvertierender Landingpages und kommunizierst deine Anforderungen an Text & Grafiken
- Du optimierst die Konversions von Traffic bis Kauf und verantwortest die finale Abnahme der Inhalte und Schnittstellen, stellst deren Qualität und Richtigkeit sicher
- Du analysierst, interpretierst und berichtest die Ergebnisse in Form von Dashboards und Tabellen und sorgst dafür, dass alle Tools miteinander kommunizieren können

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Erfahrung im vollständigen Prozess der Erstellung von Websites und Landingpages von URL über Tracking bis go-live
- Du konntest bereits Erfahrung mit Skripten sowie Anpassungen mittels HTML und CSS an bestehenden Seiten sammeln
- Du bringst Erfahrungen mit bei der Integration von Trackingtechnologien mittels Codesnippets, UTM-parametern und Tag Managern
- Du hast Erfahrung bei der Integration von Analysetools (Google Analytics, Onetrack) und CRM-Systemen (Hubspot)
- Du kannst Verknüpfungen zwischen Tools und den dazugehörigen Datenaustausch herstellen
- Du bist bereit zu lernen und zu wachsen sowie mit kurzen Deadlines und kurzfristigen Änderungen umzugehen (Geht nicht, gibts nicht) und arbeitest sehr sorgfältig und dokumentierst deine Arbeit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
