Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Netzwerkadministration und das Management der IT-Infrastruktur
- Du installierst und konfigurierst Arbeitsstationen und Server (Windows/Linux)
- Du stellst die Funktionsfähigkeit und Betriebssicherheit der IT-Infrastruktur sicher (Server, Clients, Webdienste, VPN, E-Mail, Router und Firewall etc.)
- Du betreust verschiedene Serverdienste und Systeme wie E-Mailserver inkl. Spamfilter, Backups, DNS, Firewall, Storage (SAN)
- Du analysierst, klassifizierst und priorisierst eingehende Vorfälle im Rahmen des 1st Level und 2nd Level Supports (intern wie auch vor Ort bei Kund:innen)
- Du erarbeitest selbstständig Lösungen bei jeglicher Art von IT-Problemen und übernimmst das Patch-Management und die Softwareverteilung
- Du unterstützt aktiv die Fachbereiche bei der Projektumsetzung und optimierst laufend Prozesse und Systeme in der IT-Infrastruktur
- Du tauschst Hardwarekomponenten aus und führst Security Audits sowie entsprechende Recherchen durch

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung und bringst mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung mit
- Du gehst sicher mit Windows Betriebssystemen um (idealerweise auch Linux) und hast Erfahrung mit der Administration von Servern und Datenbanken
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Shell-Programmierung sowie gute Hardware- und Netzwerk-Kenntnisse (TCP/IP-Routing)
- Du gehst sicher mit MS Office-Produkten um und hast sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Virtualisierung (insbesondere VMWare) sowie im Bereich aktueller Sicherheitstechnologien wie Firewalls, VPNs, AV Software, AD und Routing (Intrusion Detection und Load Balancing sind von Vorteil)

- Du arbeitest strukturiert, zielstrebig und eigenverantwortlich und trittst nicht nur Kolleg:innen, sondern auch Kund:innen gegenüber aufgeschlossen auf

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
