Wir suchen derzeit einen erfolgreichen und ehrgeizigen Head of Accounting, Tax and Treasury, Europe (m/f/d) für unsere attraktive Europazentrale in Kirchheim unter Teck (nahe Stuttgart) zur Erweiterung unseres internationalen Teams.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Mitglied des europäischen Finanz-Teams mit Direktreport an den General Manager Finance & Administration und Führung des internationalen Accounting Teams
- Verantwortlich für das Rechnungswesen der Makino Europe Gruppe, dabei Führung und Ent-wicklung eines Teams von internen und externen Buchhaltern, Koordination des externen Rech-nungswesens und Aufbau von modernen Buchhaltungs- und Reportingstrukturen
- Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Erstellung der Jahresabschlüsse aller Gesellschaften der MA-KINO-Europa-Gruppe nach lokalen Rechnungslegungsstandards sowie der Konzernabschlüsse nach internationalen Rechnungslegungsstandards (IFRS); fachliche und technische Umsetzung neuer Rechnungslegungsstandards
- Sicherstellung eines zeitnahen internen und externen Berichtswesens innerhalb der Unterneh-mensgruppe
- Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Jahres- und Quartalsabschlüssen sowie von Betriebsprüfungen innerhalb der MAKINO-Europa-Gruppe
- Sicherstellung der Steuerkonformität für alle Unternehmen der MAKINO Europe Gruppe, verant-wortlich für Steuererklärungen und Umsatzsteueranmeldungen
- Verantwortung für die Liquiditätsplanung und -steuerung, Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs und Absicherung von Währungsrisiken innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe
- Ansprechpartner für und Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern und internen Abteilungen
- Führen von Verhandlungen mit Banken in allen Fragen der Liquiditätssicherung
- Vorantreiben umfangreicher professioneller internationaler Projekte zur Digitalisierung und Stan-dardisierung innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe in Europa

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Ingenieurwesen mit Schwerpunkt Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
- Erfahrener Finanzmanager mit mindestens 5 Jahren einschlägiger Erfahrung im Rechnungswe-sen (Konsolidierung, konzerninterne Beziehungen, Steuern, Treasury, Verrechnungspreise, Cashflow, Rechnungsabgrenzung, Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung)
- Nachgewiesene Führungs- und Managementfähigkeiten mit hoher Eigenmotivation
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse und solide operative Erfahrung in SAP FI/CO und MS Office-Anwen-dungen; Kenntnisse in anderen SAP-Modulen sind von Vorteil
- Fundierte Kenntnisse des HGB, des deutschen Steuerrechts und in IFRS
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Problemlösungs- und Aufgabenorientierung mit Hands-on-Mentalität
- Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse konversationssicher in Wort und Schrift
- Interesse an der Arbeit in einem internationalen, projektorientierten und dynamischen Umfeld
