Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Optimierung eines realisierbaren und stabilen „globalen“ Nachfrage- und Angebotsplans für hochkomplexe und innovative Technologien
- Du synchronisierst den Demand Forecast mit dem Produktmarketing und stimmst dich mit der Angebotsverfügbarkeit ab, um den Sales-Plan sicherzustellen
- Du stimmst die täglichen Aktivitäten mit der externen Fertigung ab und steigerst deren Lieferleistung
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Beschaffungsplanungsaktivitäten, z. B. für die Erstellung kurz- und langfristiger Lieferpläne für Fertigwaren und die Kommunikation mit wichtigen Stakeholdern
- Du koordinierst die Lieferungen bei der Einführung neuer Produkte sowie der überschüssigen/EOL-Bestände in Abstimmung mit Vertrieb, Marketing und Forschung & Entwicklung
- Du führst den gesamten Materialverwaltungszyklus, um die Produktverfügbarkeit an relevanten Lagerorten gemäß Prognose, Auftragsbuch und/oder Disposition sicherzustellen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Bachelor-Abschluss in einem relevanten Bereich, zum Beispiel Betriebswirtschaftslehre (Logistik und Supply Chain Management)
- Du hast mehr als 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain (Demand & Supply und Materialmanagement), einschließlich Erfahrung in Design, Implementierung und Ausführung von S&OP-bezogenen Prozessen
- Du hast Erfahrung im Automobil-Supply Chain Management durch die Verwendung von Automobil-Kundenportalen
- Du hast Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MRP-Prozessen und anderen Systemen wie SAP R3/4Hana Cloud und EDI von Automobil-OEMs
- Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch auf C1-Niveau
- Du strebst nach kontinuierlicher Verbesserung, hast stetige Lernbereitschaft und eine Wachstumsorientierung
- Du hast sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, den Wunsch nach Eigenverantwortung, eine strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes strategisches und taktisches Denken

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
