Als Paid Social Ads Strategist bei Funzy spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle in unserem Marketing Team. Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Performance Marketing, Design und Creator Management. Deine Position ist die ideale Symbiose zwischen kreativer Freiheit, strategischem Denken und analytischem Know-How.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und setzt kreative Konzepte und Strategien für unsere Meta Ads (Image, UGC, High Quality, etc.) um
- Du baust den gesamten Creative Prozess strategisch aus, managst und optimierst ihn von der initialen Idee bis zur fertigen Werbeanzeige, einschließlich Zeitplänen, Budgets und Ressourcenallokation
- Du kommunizierst mit und koordinierst Video Editoren, Designer:innen und Content Creators
- Du führst tiefgehendes Competitor Research sowie allgemeines Ad und Funnel Research bei führenden DTC Brands durch, um kontinuierlich Ad Konzepte und Frameworks zu innovieren und zu verbessern
- Du analysierst regelmäßig die Ads Performance, leitest Learnings ab und erstellst neue Ads basierend auf diesen Erkenntnissen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Media Buying Team
- Du legst Kampagnenziele und Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) fest
- Du schreibst Texte für Advertorials, Landingpages, Offerpages und andere relevante Inhalte
- Du konzipierst eigenständig Image- und Video-Konzepte auf Basis von Research und setzt diese kreativ in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Creative Team um
- Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den einzelnen Fachverantwortlichen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Elemente einer Kampagne kohärent und effektiv umgesetzt werden

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast drei bis fünf Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich (Performance) Marketing oder Copywriting, idealerweise im DTC Umfeld
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent, hast nachweislich Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und findest dich in einem Remote Arbeitsumfeld gut zurecht
- Du bist analytisch sehr stark, kannst Kampagnen im Detail auswerten, aufbereiten und die richtigen Rückschlüsse ziehen
- Du bist kreativ, kommunikativ, siehst über den Tellerrand hinaus und erkennst und ergreifst Chancen
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
