DEINE AUFGABEN - HIERFÜR BRENNST DU:
- Du verantwortest mit Deinem Team das digitale Produkt unseres Unternehmens, von Landing Pages, über Konfiguratoren und Warenkorb bis Check-Out
- Du sorgst mit Deinen proaktiven Ideen und erfolgreichen A/B-Tests für eine gesteigerte Conversion Rate und glückliche Kunden
- Du übernimmst die fachliche & disziplinarische Leitung unseres Produktmanagement Teams, bestehend aus drei Product Ownern und einer UX/UI-Expertin
- Du begeisterst Dich für Daten und deren Auswertung, damit wir unsere Kunden noch besser verstehen und unsere ambitionierten Ziele erreichen
- Du rockst zusammen mit Deinem Team die Umsetzung nach Scrum oder Kanban und sorgst für einen ultra-smoothen Projektablauf und effiziente Prozesse
- Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Teams wie Softwareentwicklung, Marketing und Kreation zusammen, damit unsere Produktstrategie und Roadmap mit unseren Unternehmenszielen und Kundenbedürfnissen übereinstimmen
- Du hast die Mitbewerber und den Markt immer im Auge, um auf dem neuesten Stand zu sein und top Produkte und Services anzubieten

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner oder Product Manager in einem B2C-Umfeld gesammelt
- Du bringst bereits Führungserfahrung mit oder bist more than ready jetzt als Führungskraft durchzustarten
- Du hast ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und kannst Dein Team und die ganze Firma mit Deinem Enthusiasmus mitreißen
- Du bist leistungsorientiert, hast Deine KPIs ständig im Blick und willst mit Vollgas Themen voranbringen
- Du bringst ein starkes Verständnis für agile Methoden und UX/UI-Prinzipien mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
