In dieser Rolle bekommst Du einen umfassenden Einblick in alle Abteilungen, die an diesem Prozess beteiligt sind – vorrangig Partner Management, Sales, Marketing oder Customer Success.
Was erwartet dich auf deinem Abenteuer?
- Du unterstützt unsere Go-to-Market Teams bei der Identifikation und Ansprache potenzieller Kund:innen. Dabei recherchierst Du neue Märkte und hilfst, neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu erschließen (Fokus DACH Raum)
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für eigene Projekte, sei es bei der Vorbereitung von Verkaufspräsentationen oder der Organisation von Kundenterminen. Dabei lernst Du, wie man professionelle Kund:innen- und Geschäftsbeziehungen aufbaut und pflegt
- Du arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Kolleg:innen zusammen, die dir wertvolle Einblicke in die Welt des GTM und der Tech-Scale-up-Branche geben. So kannst Du dein Wissen erweitern und praxisnah anwenden
- Du bringst deine eigenen Ideen ein und gestaltest aktiv Prozesse mit. Deine Kreativität und dein Engagement sind gefragt, um unsere Go-to-Market-Strategien weiterzuentwickeln und zu optimieren
- Du bist Teil eines motivierten Teams, das zusammenarbeitet, um gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen. Wir unterstützen uns gegenseitig, feiern Erfolge und lernen aus Herausforderungen

Dein Abenteuer-Equipment:
- Du befindest dich aktuell im Master- oder Bachelorstudium und möchtest dein Wissen aus dem Studium in der Praxis einbringen
- Du brauchst keine Sales-Erfahrung, aber erste Berufserfahrungen durch ein Praktikum oder eine Werkstudierendentätigkeit sind von Vorteil. Praktische Erfahrungen helfen dir, schneller in unsere Prozesse einzutauchen und direkt effektiv im Team mitzuwirken
- Du hast Interesse am "Go-to-Market" und Lernbereitschaft sowie den Willen, Neues zu entdecken. In einem dynamischen Umfeld wie unserem ist die Bereitschaft, ständig zu lernen und sich anzupassen, der Schlüssel zum Erfolg
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team und trägst zu einer positiven Arbeitsatmosphäre bei. Zusammenarbeit in dieser Rolle ist essenziell, um gemeinsam Ziele zu erreichen und Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Du kommunizierst klar und präzise in Deutsch (C2) und hast gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch (B2), um effizient mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten
- Du schaffst es in regelmäßigen Abständen (1x die Woche) in unser Office in Stuttgart

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
