Was erwartet dich?
- Du verbindest und arbeitest zwischen HR und IT an internationalen Projekten der Unternehmensgruppe, um HR-Prozesse kontinuierlich zu optimieren, zu standardisieren und zu digitalisieren
- Du erfasst und bewertest Prozessanforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit HR-Kolleg:innen und Fachbereichen
- Du klärst rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen und prüfst die Umsetzbarkeit in vorhandenen HR-Systemen unter Einbeziehung von Legal- und IT-Kolleg:innen sowie IT-Dienstleistern
- Du analysierst Trends und Best Practices im Bereich HR-Software und -Infrastruktur; recherchierst und evaluierst passende Softwareanbieter
- Du betreust Software-Rollouts in Projekten und konfigurierst HR-Software
- Du erstellst und pflegst Prozessdokumentationen und -landkarten
- Du führst Schulungen für HR-Kolleg:innen und Fachbereiche durch
- Du planst Arbeitspakete in Abstimmung mit verschiedenen Projektbeteiligten und berichtest regelmäßig über den Fortschritt
- Du bearbeitest Supportanfragen von HR-Kolleg:innen und Fachbereichen zu HR-Software; Fehlermanagement und Kommunikation mit interner IT oder IT-Dienstleistern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt HR, Projekt- und/oder Prozessmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du begeisterst dich für die Analyse, Modellierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen; bist kreativ und hast eine hohe IT-Affinität
- Du hast Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit HR-IT-Systemen wie SAP HCM, Dokumentenmanagementsystemen und Talent Management Systemen
- Du bist vielseitig einsetzbar und fühlst dich wohl in verschiedenen Rollen: als Softwareexpert:in, Koordinator:in, Umsetzer:in und Problemlöser:in
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und analytisch
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
