Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie lernen unser DMS- (Docuware) und ERP-System (Proconcept) in einer intensiven Einarbeitungsphase kennen und betreuen und entwickeln es anschließend eigenständig weiter, um Ihren Kolleg:innen eine reibungslose und effektive Nutzung zu ermöglichen
- Sie übernehmen die Konfiguration, Einrichtung, Wartung sowie die Analyse und Behebung von Störungen unserer Softwarelösungen
- Sie stimmen sich intensiv mit unseren Fachbereichen ab, um benötigte Anforderungen optimal in unseren Systemen umzusetzen
- Sie stellen die IT- und Qualitätsdokumentation sowie die Lizenzverwaltung sicher
- Sie halten aktuelle Trends stets im Blick, um unsere Führungskräfte zu Optimierungen unserer IT-Landschaft zu beraten und diese bei Bedarf voranzutreiben
- Sie führen eigene IT-Projekte durch und erhalten die spannende Möglichkeit, erste Ansprechperson bei technischen Fragestellungen in unserem Unternehmen zu sein und dabei eng mit anderen Abteilungen, Dienstleistern und Teams zusammenzuarbeiten

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare informationstechnische Ausbildung
- Sie haben mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Applikationsmanagement und -support sowie in der Softwareentwicklung
- Sie verfügen über umfangreiches Fachwissen im Hard- und Softwarebereich sowie in der Administration von Datenbanken, Netzwerken, Systemtechnik und Betriebssystemen
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft sowie gängigen Web- und verschiedenen Netzwerk-Technologien
- Sie haben erste Erfahrungen im Prozessdesign und der Prozessoptimierung
- Sie haben Ihren Wohnsitz in München/München Land und damit in der Nähe unserer Zentrale in Feldkirchen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
