Wir suchen Dich in Dresden als Werkstudent im Bereich Personalsachbearbeitung.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du beschäftigst dich mit der Bearbeitung und Erstellung von Personaldokumenten und kontrollierst die termingerechten Rückläufe dieser
- Du verantwortest insbesondere das Erstellen von Arbeitszeugnissen und Bearbeiten von Unterlagen im Rahmen des Betrieblichen Eingliederungsmanagements
- Du pflegst die elektronische Personalakte sowie andere Ablagesysteme im HR-Bereich
- Du befindest dich ständig in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Payroll, HR Business Partnern und weiteren Stakeholdern
- Du bringst deine Kenntnisse und dein Know-how aktiv ein und unterstützt das Team bei allgemeinen Fragestellungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist aktuell eingeschriebene:r Student:in im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL, Human Resources/Personalwesen oder eines vergleichbaren geisteswissenschaftlichen Studiengangs
- Du bringst grundlegende theoretische Kenntnisse im Bereich Personalwesen mit und konntest idealerweise bereits erste SAP HR-Erfahrungen sammeln
- Du zeichnest dich durch Teamfähigkeit und freundliches Auftreten sowie eine eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus
- Du bist verlässlich, flexibel und offen für neue Aufgaben und Themen
- Du rundest dein Profil mit guten MS-Office-Kenntnissen sowie guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen ab

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
