Wir bieten Leasinglösungen für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden und stehen für Innovation, Entwicklung und exzellenten Kundenservice. Damit auch neue Kundinnen und Kunden in den Genuss unserer Expertise kommen, benötigen wir Verstärkung in unserem Sales- und Akquise-Team.
Welche Aufgaben erwarten dich?
- Du bist unser Erstkontakt, den mögliche Kundinnen und Kunden mit uns haben und unterstützt mit deiner gewinnenden Art unser Vertriebsteam
- Du gehst empathisch und offen auf Ansprechpersonen zu stellst unser Dienstrad-Programm vor
- Du berätst angepasst an die Bedürfnisse potenzieller Kundinnen und Kunden
- Du übernimmst die Nachverfolgung von Erstkontakten und die Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss
- Du verwaltest und aktualisierst Kundendaten in unserem CRM-System

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du zeichnest dich durch starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten aus und sprichst gerne mit unterschiedlichen Menschen
- Mit deiner Empathie hörst du rasch die Bedürfnisse aus Gesprächen heraus und hast du Fähigkeit, auf diese einzugehen
- Du konntest bestenfalls bereits erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb oder der Kundenansprache sammeln, diese sind aber nicht zwingend erforderlich - ein Quereinstieg ist möglich, eine kaufmännische Ausbildung ist hilfreich
- Dein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen sind ein Plus

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
