Order Management Coordinator im Vertrieb (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust und berätst unsere Wholesale Partner (Juweliere) telefonisch in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb
- Du erfasst und steuerst die Aufträge und Retouren im Warenwirtschaftssystem
- Du optimierst und entwickelst bestehende und neue Prozesse weiter, mit Fokus auf Kundenzufriedenheit und Service Level
- Du unterstützt das eCom Team bei der Abwicklung von Online-Kundenaufträgen
- Du unterstützt das Wholesale Team vor, während und nach Kundenbesuchen, einschließlich Back-Office-Support während Kundenmessen (z. B. FIRST)
- Du koordinierst mit internen Schnittstellen (z.B. Planung, Produktion und Versand)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, möglichst mit Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaft, oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du hast mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung, im Vertrieb oder Customer Service, bevorzugt im Luxussegment
- Du denkst kundenorientiert und hast sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
- Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert und präzise

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
