Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die Person, die den besten Überblick darüber hat, was unsere Produkte leisten könnten, warum Kund:innen sie kaufen und wie wir sie verkaufen
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Product-Team (Sales, Development & Customer Service) und unserem Marketing Communications Team zusammen
- Du sorgst dafür, dass potenzielle Kund:innen sich optimal über unsere Produkte informieren können, indem Du die Inhalte unserer Veröffentlichungen erstellst und pflegst (Website, Videos, Präsentationen usw.)
- Du hilfst Kund:innen, auf unsere Angebote aufmerksam zu werden, indem Du unsere Marketing-Aktivitäten (Veranstaltungen, Anzeigen, Sponsoring, Social Media, etc.) organisierst und optimierst
- Du erstellst Sales-Materialien, die unsere Partner:innen und Verkaufende nutzen, um unsere Produkte zu verkaufen
- Du arbeitest mit dem gesamten Produktteam zusammen und orchestrierst die Produktmarketingstrategie. Durch Deine Aufgaben beim Business Development bist Du regelmäßig in Kontakt mit unseren Kund:innen und unterstützt das Sales-Team

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein sehr gutes technisches IT-Verständnis und kannst komplexe Zusammenhänge auf den Punkt bringen
- Du hast eine technische Ausbildung (z. B. Informatik-Studium, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen)
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der IT – vorzugsweise im Bereich Microsoft Technologien und ein gutes technisches Grundverständnis von Microsoft 365 und Azure
- Du hast bereits Erfahrungen im Product Marketing oder Produkt Management im IT-Bereich gemacht
- Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

1. Nachdem wir deine Bewerbung geprüft haben, laden wir dich zu einem ersten Kennenlernen via Teams ein (ca. 30 min)
2. Im zweiten Schritt führst du ein Gespräch mit dem Team Lead via Microsoft Teams. Meist triffst du unseren HR-Kollegen aus dem ersten Gespräch auch hier wieder
3. Wenn du und wir uns eine Zusammenarbeit gut vorstellen können, lernst du im nächsten Gespräch Kollegen und Kolleginnen aus dem zukünftigen Team kennen. Auch dieses Gespräch findet i. d. R. via Teams statt.

In your application overview at Workwise you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?
The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found at Workwise.
Can other companies see where else I have applied?
No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
