Working Student for ERP Landscape Optimization (m/f/d)
What can you expect?
- You understand functional requirements by collaborating with business analysts and end-users and analyze existing NetSuite processes to identify areas for improvement and propose and implement best practices to enhance ERP functionality
- You work closely with the ERP team to configure NetSuite modules according to business needs and design overview of workflows, forms, and reports to streamline operations while ensuring adherence to NetSuite standards and guidelines
- You address user inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to system usage, provide training sessions to end-users on NetSuite functionality, and promote efficient utilization of NetSuite features
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams to support NetSuite integrations with other systems, ensure seamless data flow between NetSuite and external applications, and implement best practices for data synchronization and real-time updates
- You document data management processes, functional configurations, and customizations, create user guides and reference materials, and share insights and best practices within the team

- You are currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science)
- You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- You are familiar with NetSuite or other ERP systems, which is advantageous
- You possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Fluent English language skills (Written & Verbal)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
