Was erwartet dich?
- Du beeinflusst unsere Unternehmensleistung durch die Erstellung der regelmäßigen Berichterstattung sowie insbesondere durch die Entwicklung umsetzbarer und datengestützter Maßnahmen
- Du verantwortest die rollierende Finanz- bzw. Budgetplanung; steuerst und hinterfragst den erhaltenen Business-Input der relevanten Abteilungen
- Du unterstützt beim monatlichen Monatsabschluss sowie bei der Vorbereitung der Jahresabschlussprüfung
- Du treibst Datentransparenz in der ganzen Organisation durch die Weiterentwicklung von PowerBI-Dashboards, einschließlich der Sicherstellung der Datenintegrität und Verbesserung der Datenmodelle
- Du steigerst die Performance von Vertrieb, Marketing und Supply Chain, indem du sie als Business Partner:in unterstützt
- Du identifizierst und implementierst Prozessverbesserungen und Automatisierungsmöglichkeiten im Reporting
- Du bist ein Sparrings Partner:in für das Management Team; hilfst bei der Entscheidungsfindung durch Datenanalysen und bei der Identifikation von „white spots“. Dabei hältst du eine direkte Berichtslinie zum CFO und zur Geschäftsführung
- Du tauschst dich direkt mit unserer Tochtergesellschaft in den USA sowie dem Investment Team der Private Equity Gesellschaft Terra Firma Capital Partners in London aus

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium der BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Rechnungswesen, Kostenrechnung oder eine vergleichbare einschlägige akademische Ausbildung
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (3-5 Jahre) im Controlling
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, organisiert und proaktiv mit Eigenverantwortlichkeit, Termintreue und hohen Qualitätsansprüchen
- Du denkst analytisch und unternehmerisch und hast ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Du hast eine hohe Zahlenaffinität, fortgeschrittene Excelkenntnisse sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit BI-Systemen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
