Als Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) in unserem Jobboard-Team steuerst du die wichtigsten Stellenanzeigen unserer Kund:innen auf verschiedenen Kanälen optimal aus und führst so Bewerber:innen, Kundenunternehmen und Workwise zum Ziel: der erfolgreichen Stellenbesetzung.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Vermarktung der Stellenanzeigen unserer Kunden auf relevanten Jobboards.
- Du übernimmst die Ownership für mittelgroße bis große Jobboards (inkl. Budgetverantwortung und -steuerung, Performance Controlling und Austausch mit den Ansprechpartner:innen).
- Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale (z. B. durch A/B Tests) und setzt diese selbstständig um.
- Du bist an regelmäßigen Vertragsverhandlungen beteiligt oder führst diese selbstständig aus.
- Du suchst nach neuen Kanälen, testest sie und bindest sie – nach erfolgreichen Tests – an.
- Du arbeitest in der Strategieentwicklung und Umsetzung unserer B2C Marketing Strategie mit.
- Du gehst selbstständig in den Austausch mit den erfolgsrelevanten internen Schnittstellen (z. B. Product, Engineering, Account Management).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
