Was erwartet dich?
- Du konzipierst und setzt unsere Online-Marketing-Aktivitäten eigenständig um und arbeitest dabei eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen
- Du analysierst und optimierst die Ergebnisentwicklung der umgesetzten Maßnahmen, einschließlich Sichtbarkeit, Platzierungen, Absprungraten, Traffic und Conversions
- Du bist hauptverantwortlich für das Management und Tracking von Content- und SEO-Strategien
- Du führst Keyword-, Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch, um unsere Leistungen optimal zu vermarkten
- Du pflegst und optimierst den firmeneigenen YouTube-Kanal sowie Google My Business
- Du recherchierst, verfasst und pflegst Inhalte auf der Website, um potenzielle Kund:innen zu Leads zu verwandeln und unterstützt bei der Kundenakquise durch Empfehlungen und Informationen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast vorzugsweise ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikation, Marketing oder BWL
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Digital-Marketing
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in Content-Marketing, SEO, Customer-Journey und datengetriebenen Prozessen
- Du hast vorzugsweise Erfahrung in Adobe Photoshop und WordPress Elementor
- Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Affinität für analytisches Vorgehen und ein hohes Maß an Kreativität bei der Konzeption und Erstellung von Marketinginhalten
- Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation, Zuverlässigkeit, analytischem Verständnis und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
