Werkstudent im Investment Management (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt bei der Analyse von pan-europäischen Immobilienmärkten im Bereich Wohnen und Gewerbe und bei der datengestützten Einschätzung von Investitionsopportunitäten
- Du unterstützt bei der Anfertigung von Markt- und Standortanalysen (Makro- und Mikroanalysen) für institutionelle (Immobilien-)Investitionen
- Du unterstützt bei der Pflege und strukturellen Aufarbeitung sowie Auswertung von Marktinformationen
- Du erstellst interne und externe Präsentationen
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Investment Management-Team zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du interessierst Dich für die europäischen Immobilien- und Investmentmärkte und bringst erste Kenntnisse über deren Analyse mit
- Du absolvierst derzeit ein Masterstudium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Architektur, Geographie oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang (idealerweise mit einem Schwerpunkt in Immobilienwirtschaft oder Finance) und kannst durch sehr gute Leistungen überzeugen
- Du hast erste Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten bei institutionellen Immobilienmanager:innen, Bewertungs- und Beratungshäusern oder Big4-Gesellschaften sammeln können
- Du verfügst über gute Anwenderkenntnisse des MS Office Paketes, insbesondere MS Excel, MS PowerPoint und MS Teams, und hast erste Erfahrungen in der Anwendung von MS Power BI sowie anderer Datenanalyse- und Visualisierungssoftware sammeln können
- Du arbeitest gerne in einem internationalen Team und verfügst über gute kommunikative und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit, bist zielstrebig und lösungsorientiert und verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ein sicheres Auftreten und eine verbindliche Kommunikation

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
