We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our Legal and Compliance team.
This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in legal research, compliance monitoring, and process improvement in an international corporate environment.
As a Working Student – Legal/Compliance you will support the team in regular compliance activities.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist with researching regulatory and compliance topics
  • Support our compliance team in day-to-day activities
  • Help maintain and organize legal documents, policies, and compliance-related records
  • Assist in identifying potential risks and proposition of improvements
  • Work with departments such as HR, Finance, and Operations on cross-functional projects
  • Improve/design checklists, process templates etc
  • Support teams in internal reviews & audits
  • Record, monitor & track non-conformances until closure

What you will need to succeed:

  • Enrolment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Law, Information Systems, Electronics, Computer Science (with relevant focus) or equivalent
  • Interest in IT and the Software Industry
  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams Fluency in English
  • Strong EDV skills

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
