Der Sachbearbeiter Wareneingangsbuchung wmd übernimmt eine zentrale Rolle, indem sicherstellt wird, dass alle eingehenden Waren korrekt geprüft, dokumentiert und verbucht werden. Diese Position arbeitet eng mit Einkauf und Logistik zusammen, um Qualitätsstandards und effiziente Abläufe zu gewährleisten. Damit trägt der Sachbearbeiter wmd wesentlich zur Prozesssicherheit und Zufriedenheit der internen sowie externen Partner bei.
Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:
- Wareneingangsprüfung: Kontrolle der eingehenden Warenlieferungen auf Vollständigkeit, Qualität und mögliche Schäden anhand der Bestellunterlagen und Lieferscheine.
- Bestellungsauflösungen: Koordination vorhandener Lieferantenbestellungen und Auflösung derer im ERP-System.
- Reklamations- und Beanstandungsmanagement: Protokollierung von Abweichungen und Mängeln sowie Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen in deutscher und englischer Sprache.
- Schnittstellenmanagement: Qualitätssicherung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf und der Logistik zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe.

Das solltest du mitbringen:
- Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du arbeitest genau und kostenorientiert und stellst damit den reibungslosen Ablauf der Wareneingangsbuchung sicher.
- Neben der deutschen Sprache (C1), findest du auch in der englischen Sprache die richtigen Worte - deshalb hast du mindestens das Sprachniveau B2 (nach GER).
- Von deinem Team wirst du für deine Kommunikationsstärke in der Abstimmung mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern gelobt.
- Du bist bekannt für deine Teamfähigkeit und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
