Wir sind 3 Serial Entrepreneure der WHU (Bsc. 2011) und haben nach dem erfolgreichen Verkauf unserer Firma (FinTech) in 2021 (9-digit Exit) an eine gelistete US-Firma ein Venture Studio in Berlin gegründet, um an neue Ideen in verschiedenen Verticals zu arbeiten. Unser aktueller Fokus liegt dabei gerade auf PropTech und Home-Security Ventures, die von unterschiedlichen Gründerteams umgesetzt werden.
Unser Ziel ist es, neben dem erfolgreichen Aufbau der Unternehmen auch ambitionierte Praktikanten zu fördern und sie zu erfolgreichen Gründern und Unternehmern der Zukunft auszubilden.
Was erwartet mich?
- Strategische Unterstützung: Du arbeitest eng mit den Gründern zusammen und hilfst bei wichtigen Entscheidungen: Welches CRM-System nutzen wir, wie und wo platzieren wir uns im Markt, welche Partnerschaften schließen wir?
- Eigenständige Projektübernahme von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung: Von der ersten Idee bis zur Umsetzung bist du verantwortlich für spezifische Projekte in verschiedenen Bereichen, wie z.B. Produktentwicklung, Marketing-Kampagnen, Automatisierungsprozess
- Aufbau und Durchführung operativer Prozesse: Du wirst Prozesse analysieren, entwickeln und optimieren, um die reibungslose Skalierung der Startups sicherzustellen – vom Vertrieb bis hin zu internen PropTech Abläufen
- Hands-on Ad-hoc Aufgaben: Egal ob Pitch Deck erstellen, Marktanalysen durchführen, die Website neu gestalten oder Interviews durchführen – du packst überall dort an, wo gerade Bedarf besteht

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Eingeschriebene Studierende: Du bist aktuell in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudium eingeschrieben
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen: Idealerweise bringst du bereits erste Erfahrungen aus Praktika oder einer Ausbildung in den Bereichen Consulting, Startups, Venture Capital oder anderen relevanten Branchen mit
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und analytisches Denken: Du hast Spaß daran, Herausforderungen selbstständig zu lösen, bist analytisch stark und arbeitest gerne im Team
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind erforderlich
- Verfügbarkeit ab Januar 2025

How do I get news about my application?
In your application overview at Workwise you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?
The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found at Workwise.
Can other companies see where else I have applied?
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
