Typisch Startup ist unser Alltag sehr abwechslungsreich und das bewältigen von neuen Herausforderungen steht täglich auf dem Plan. Auch wenn Flexibilität dabei natürlich wichtig ist, darf das Private niemals zu kurz kommen. Eine offene und direkte Kommunikation ist für uns selbstverständlich und Hierarchien gibt es bei uns nur organisatorisch, niemals menschlich.
