As a Product Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our commitment to excellence and continuously improving the quality of our products and services.
We are seeking an experienced Product Assurance Manager in space technology to lead our team in ensuring the integrity and excellence of our space-bound components. As a Product Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our commitment to excellence and continuously improving the quality of our products and services.
Your Tasks
- Design, implement, and update PA/QA processes to meet standards and requirements
- Ensure comprehensive, current, and accessible documentation
- Organize product and quality assurance roles within the team
- Coordinate between project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support for PA/QA issues
- Lead and manage the Project PA/QA team with clear objectives and roles
- Support in establishing and maintaining quality management throughout project lifecycle
- Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs for continuous improvement
- Report on good practices, non-conformities, trends, audit statuses, KPIs, and quality costs to the CEO with regular updates and monthly reports

Your Profile
- You have a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, or similar qualifications
- You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a Product Assurance role in the European Space/Aerospace industry, thus have knowledge of applying the standards relating to the European space industry (ESA, ECSS, etc)
- You have excellent English skills (written and oral), German is beneficial but not necessary
- You have experience in delivering work-packages to time and budget constraints
- You have strong knowledge of ISO 9001, knowledge of ISO 9100 is desirable
- You are experienced with Quality Management Tools and Techniques
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills with strong time management
- Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver, self-motivated, flexible, and capable of working under pressure
