Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst Machbarkeitsanalysen (Markt-/Standortanalysen) und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen (Baukosten, Mieten)
- Du wirkst bei der Steuerung der Entwicklungsprozesse in Planung und Bauausführung mit
- Du bereitest Vertragsunterlagen (Mietverträge, Planerverträge, Bauverträge) und Beauftragungen für Projektbeteiligte vor
- Du unterstützt bei der Vermietung und in der Mieterkommunikation
- Du erarbeitest Reports und Investmentpräsentationen für Investoren und Partner

- Du hast bereits Berufserfahrungen oder Praktika im Kapital- oder Immobilienmarkt gesammelt
- Du bringst Leidenschaft für Immobilien mit
- Du bist engagiert, flexibel und kommunikationsstark
- Du beherrschst MS Office sehr gut
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
