Werkstudent im Projektmanagement Brennstoffzellen (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt aktiv die Projektleitung bei der Koordination und Organisation der jeweiligen Projekte, einschließlich der Projektabarbeitung von kleineren Themenbereichen
- Du erstellst bzw. pflegst Termin- sowie Projektpläne für verschiedene Entwicklungsprojekte und arbeitest bei aktuellen Projekten mit
- Du unterstützt die Projektleitung bei der Erstellung von Leistungsnachweisen sowie bei der Rechnungslegung und erstellst Präsentationsunterlagen und Prozessbeschreibungen
- Du hilfst dem Team bei der Umsetzung von Prozessen im Bereich des Projektmanagements und der Dokumentation
- Du führst mit der Projektleitung agile Meetings durch und bereitest diese vor und nach
- Du hilfst im operativen Business, z. B. bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen, Vorbereitung des Projektreportings oder Aufbereitung von Arbeitsergebnissen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du studierst im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Du verfügst idealerweise über erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement (z.B. durch dein Studium, Werkstudent:innentätigkeiten, etc.)
- Du gehst sicher mit den aktuellen MS Office-Anwendungen um und agile Management Methoden und Tools sind dir nicht unbekannt
- Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität und Organisationstalent
- Du hast gute analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie Freude an eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten
- Du zeichnest dich durch deine kommunikative Art aus und bringst Spaß am Arbeiten im Team mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
