Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist erste Anlaufstelle für unsere:n nationalen und internationalen B2B Kund:innen und kümmerst Dich um alle Fragen und Anliegen
- Du bearbeitest Aufträge, Retouren und Reklamationen und erstellst zudem Rechnungen und Gutschriften im SAP
- Du kümmerst Dich um die Anlage und Betreuung neuer Kund:innen und erstellst Auswertungen und Übersichten mit Excel
- Du stellst die Schnittstelle zu Logistik, Produktion, Einkauf, Buchhaltung und Vertriebsaußendienst dar, um unsere:n Kund:innen den bestmöglichen Service zu bieten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du bringst idealerweise 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Customer Service / Kundenservice mit
- Du arbeitest selbständig, trittst freundlich auf und zeichnest Dich durch Kontaktfreudigkeit, Flexibilität und exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten aus
- Du bist bereit in flexiblen Schichten zu arbeiten und arbeitest team- und kundenorientiert
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse (insbesondere Italienisch und Französisch) sind von Vorteil
- Du bist idealerweise sehr gut im Umgang mit MS-Office und SAP

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
