Du bist in deinem Element, wenn es um den Umgang mit Zahlen und Excel geht? Dann haben wir etwas für dich: komm zu uns als Werkstudent:In (w/m/d) im Bereich Finance & Controlling! In diesem Bereich bist du ein wichtiger Teil von iTernity. Gemeinsam mit deinem Chef Tobi und den sympathischen Kolleginnen aus dem HR-Team übernimmst du erste Verantwortung im Bereich Reporting und hilfst dabei, Prozesse zu optimieren.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt bei der Aufbereitung von finanziellen und operativen Kennzahlen und Geschäftsdaten und unterstützt das Team bei der Erstellung von Reportings
- Du bereitest Provisionsabrechnungen vor
- Du treibst eigenständig Projekte voran, wie beispielsweise die Prozessautomatisierung
- Du erstellst Auswertungen für verschiedene Bereiche in Excel und fasst die wichtigsten Ergebnisse in Power-Point-Präsentationen zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in der Fachrichtung BWL, Controlling oder ähnliches
- Du hast sehr gute Microsoft Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
- Du hast ein gutes Zahlenverständnis, bist strukturiert und liebst Analysen
- Du hast Lust, eigenständig Projekte zu übernehmen
- Du kannst Betriebsgeheimnisse erfahren und sie für dich behalten, ohne gestresst zu sein

In your application overview at Workwise you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
