- You take on operating and strategic tasks to support the marketing team
- You participate in the creation and revision of marketing materials for conferences
- You support the planning and coordination of our participation in physical and virtual conferences worldwide, as well as documentation and follow-up

What we are looking for
- Enrolled student – your subject of study isn’t our first concern: we are looking for positive-minded people who are innovative and independent in their work and are willing to take responsibility
- Your field of study is not relevant: We are looking for people with a positive outlook on life, a creative mindset, who are strong team players and work independently
- You have very good written and spoken French, knowledge of German and English is an advantage
- Ideally, you already have experience in social media management, marketing, event or event management
- You enjoy researching and organizing and always have an idea where you could find relevant information
- You like to draft texts and enjoy communicating with national and international contacts

In your application overview at Workwise you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
