Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt bei der Verwaltung und Optimierung von ERP-Systemen, einschließlich der Analyse und Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse
- Du erstellst und pflegst Benutzeranleitungen und Schulungsunterlagen für ERP-Anwendungen
- Du wirkst bei der Konfiguration und Anpassung von ERP-Modulen an betriebliche Anforderungen mit
- Du wertest betriebliche Daten mit MS Excel aus und visualisierst sie, einschließlich der Erstellung von Dashboards und Berichten
- Du entwickelst und automatisierst Excel-gestützte Prozesse zur Effizienzsteigerung
- Du arbeitest an Projekten zur Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung im Unternehmen mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist immatrikulierte:r Student:in mit dem Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft/Informatik, HR, Recruiting oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
- Du hast bestenfalls bereits theoretische oder praktische Erfahrung im Recruiting oder HR gesammelt
- Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2) in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind vorteilhaft, insbesondere Englisch
- Du hast erste Erfahrungen in der Bedienung von ERP-Systemen
- Du besitzt Kenntnisse in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Du bist kreativ, zuverlässig, lernbereit und kommunikativ

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
