Was erwartet Dich?
- Du gestaltest konzeptionell und operativ ganzheitliche Vertriebs-, Service- und Marketing-Lösungen in den Salesforce-Clouds
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung während des kompletten Salesforce-Lifecycles, einschließlich Analyse, Beratung, Konzeption und Umsetzung
- Du dokumentierst die Anforderungen der Kund:innen und das Lösungsdesign
- Du kommunizierst mit den Kund:innen, internen Abteilungen oder externen Partner:innen
- Du planst und führst Workshops & Trainings mit unseren Kund:innen durch
- Du unterstützt im Pre-Sales, zum Beispiel durch Demos oder Aufwandskalkulation
Im Master:
- Berufsbegleitendes Masterstudium mit 4 Semestern inkl. Masterthesis

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Bereich Wirtschaft oder Informatik mit einem Durchschnitt von mindestens 2,5
- Du hast Erfahrungen im Bereich CRM, salesforce.com, Vertriebsorganisation, Customer Service oder rund um Marketingprozesse
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Implementierung und/oder Administration von Salesforce-Anwendungen oder anderen CRM-Systemen
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und bist bereit zur stetigen Weiterentwicklung sowie offen für neue Themengebiete
- Du besitzt analytische und kreative Problemlösungskompetenz sowie Kommunikationsstärke
- Du bist projektbezogen flexibel und reisebereit
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
