IT-Systemelektroniker/ Kundensupport (m/w/d) - im Bereich Telekommunikation
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von Telekommunikationslösungen, bevorzugt Alcatel-Lucent- sowie Unify-Systeme
- Du installierst Unified Communication-Lösungen
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Integration in vorhandene Kundenumgebungen (CRM, ERP, PEP etc.)
- Du berätst und schulst Kunden und bist für die Teststellung zuständig
- Du bist zuständig für das Warten und den Support entsprechender Telekommunikations- und Unified Communication-Lösungen
- Du beschäftigst dich im Alltag mit der Fehleranalyse, der Fehlerbehebung und Dokumentation

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit
- Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, z.B. als IT-Systemelektroniker/-in oder vergleichbar
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in der Konfiguration, Installation und Integration von Telekommunikations- und Unified Communication-Lösungen
- Du hast idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich Alcatel-Lucent- oder Unify-Systeme
- Du hast bereits Grundkenntnisse in einem oder mehreren Bereichen der folgenden Netzwerktechnologien: LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, Security oder DataCenter
- Du hast eine hohe Lernbereitschaft und Auffassungsgabe, selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Freude am Arbeiten im Team und bist serviceorientiert

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
