Praktikum und Werkstudent/in für "B2B Sales und Marketing" (m/w/d)
Sie lernen und erleben das produktive Zusammenspiel von Marketing und Vertrieb.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst Recherche, Aufbereitung, Analyse und digitale Erfassung von Unternehmensstrukturen im CRM System
- Du identifizierst Zielkontakte und sprichst diese an
- Du unterstützt bei der Kunden- und Mitgliederakquise
- Du entwickelst, erstellst und präsentierst Auswertungen zu Kennzahlen im Salesbereich
- Du bist direkt an der Schnittstelle zum Marketing aktiv und übernimmst auch dort Aufgaben insbesondere während des Praktikums.

- Praxiserfahrung in unterschiedliche Aspekte des Vertriebs und des Marketings.
- Eine 2 monatige Einarbeitung als Praktikant:in, in dem Stundenmaß, welches für dich passt
- Die Vergütung für das Praktikum beträgt bei z.B. 20 Stunden im Monat 538 €
- Flexible Arbeitszeiten & teilweise Homeoffice möglich
- Du kannst in vielen Bereichen mitwirken und arbeitest mit einem aufgeschlossenen Team
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung, in dem Du selbstständig an den Vertriebszielen arbeitest.
- Junior Consultant nach Ende des Studiums ist möglich

Was bringst Du mt? ?
- Du bist aktuell immatrikuliert in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder Vergleichbares
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse mit gängigen PC-Anwendungen, insbesondere mit Google Workspace
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, sich in neue Themengebieten zügig einzuarbeiten und komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich darzustellen
- Du interessierst und begeisterst dich für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
