Internship as Founders Associate in a Start-up (m/f/d)

Your Role
- You spend 3 to 9 months in our company and by the side of our founder
- You take ownership of strategically significant projects from idea generation to prototyping to operational execution and iteration
- You help to streamline and professionalize major parts of our value chain by continuously improving processes
- You define performance benchmarks, and implement the business infrastructure to lay the foundations for a strong growth
- You lead your own projects by creating and sticking to comprehensive schedules, liaising with other stakeholders, and continuously analyzing your data
- You provide valuable input to topics concerning product development, process implementation, performance marketing and sales
- You conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

Your Profile
- You are currently pursuing or already have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or any comparable subject from a top tier university or business school
- You have first work experience in demanding, fast-paced environments (e. g., consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, etc.)
- You are proactive and have a self-starter mindset with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- You have exceptional analytical skills and a strong attention to detail, as well as a hands-on attitude
- You enjoy working independently and are not afraid of lots of responsibility
- You’re business fluent in German and English

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
