Als IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) spielst du eine zentrale Rolle in unserer IT-Dienstleistungsfirma aus Karlsruhe. Du bist maßgeblich daran beteiligt, die IT-Infrastruktur unserer B2B-Kunden zu gestalten und technische Herausforderungen zu lösen. Mit deinem Engagement und Fachwissen trägst du dazu bei, innovative Projekte erfolgreich umzusetzen und die Kundenzufriedenheit zu steigern.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Wartung und den Support der Kunden IT-Infrastruktur (Dienstleistung)
- Du installierst, konfigurierst und administrierst System- und Anwendungssoftware
- Du übernimmst das Client-Management (Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows 11, optional: OSX und Linux)
- Du bist für die Serveradministration (Windows Server 2003 – 2022) zuständig
- Du unterstützt unser Team bei der Einrichtung und Administration von MS 365 (Azure/Entra)
- Du übernimmst die Fehleranalyse von Hard- und Softwareproblemen
Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (auch Berufseinsteiger)
- Du besitzt Kundenorientierung, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und bist eigenständig
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration von Windows Servern (AD, DNS, Serverrollen etc.)
- Du bringst bereits erste Erfahrungen in MS 365 und Azure/Entra mit
- Du hast gute Hardwarekenntnisse
- Du kennst Dich mit Linux und OSX aus (von Vorteil)
- Du hast einen Führerschein (Klasse B)
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch
- Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
