Wir bieten Dir interessante Einblicke in die Welt der Unternehmensberatung: Du begleitest die Consultants und sammelst als Teil des Berater-Teams wertvolle Erfahrungen in anspruchsvollen Kundenprojekten. Mit Deinem Praktikum von drei bis sechs Monaten setzt Du die Basis für eine weiterführende Werkstudententätigkeit oder den Einstieg als Consultant nach Abschluss Deines Studiums.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du verstärkest das Beraterteam bei der operativen Projektarbeit und unterstützt es fachlich sowie methodisch bei der Beratung von Akteuren im kommunalen Umfeld rund um urbane Transformationsprozesse.
- Du unterstützt durch fundierte Recherchen und ausführliche Analysen in Akquisitions- und Ausschreibungsprozessen.
- Du trägst zur Strategie- und Konzeptentwicklung bei
- du bist an der Durchführung und Vorbereitung von Workshops beteiligt.
- Darüber hinaus wirkst du bei der Erarbeitung und Veröffentlichung unseres jährlichen Smart-City-Rankings der 400 größten Städte Deutschlands mit.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Aktuell mit abgeschlossenem Bachelor/Master oder derzeit im Masterstudium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Umwelt- und Ingenieurwissenschaften, Innovationsmanagement, Business Analytics oder vergleichbarem Studiengang
- Idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf Stadt- und Raumentwicklung, Digitale Transformation oder Geoinformatik
- Großes Interesse an den Themenfeldern Urbane Transformation, Klimaschutz, Digitalisierung und nachhaltige Entwicklung
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Beratung, in Forschungseinrichtungen, im kommunalen Umfeld oder in Unternehmen mit Bezug zu urbaner Transformation
- Kenntnisse in Datenanalyse und -interpretation, insbesondere im Rahmen von Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement, einschließlich CO2-Bilanzierung
- Flexibilität, hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Reisebereitschaft
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office, insbesondere in Excel und PowerPoint zur Erstellung von Berichten und Präsentationen, sowie idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit PowerBI

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
