Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist für bis zu acht Mitarbeiter:innen verantwortlich, unterstützt bei Feedback- und Entwicklungsgesprächen und gestaltest ein produktives und angenehmes Arbeitsumfeld für dein Team
- Du entwickelst ein tiefes Verständnis für die Geschäftsprozesse und Treiber unserer Kunden und wechselst dabei souverän zwischen entwickelnder und beratender Rolle
- Du bist maßgeblich an der Konzeption & Entwicklung von Services beteiligt, die unseren Kunden echte Mehrwerte liefern
- Du integrierst Produkte aus unserem Access Management Portfolio in die Systemlandschaft unserer Kundschaft. (Beispielsweise SAP CDC, Ping Identity, okta oder cidaas)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung und bist geübt im Kundenkontakt
- Du beherrschst gängige Entwicklungs-Frameworks (Spring Boot, React, Node) oder Programmiersprachen (Java, C# oder ABAP) sowie Datenbanken und hast bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Konzeption von Architekturen und Schnittstellen gesammelt
- Du hast fundierte Erfahrungen mit IT Security Konzepten wie Authentifizierung & Autorisierung (SAML, OIDC, Permission Group Modelling, etc.) und der Basiskryptografie (SSL)
- Du verfügst über Führungserfahrung, insbesondere in der Leitung von technischen Teams und hast ein feines Gespür für zwischenmenschliche Themen
- Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (B2) runden dein Profil ab

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
