Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for a smooth delivery and update of internal software solutions using Microsoft InTune and install and maintain internal IT systems, from laptops to servers to network infrastructure
- You ensure the rollout of new workstations and continuous maintenance and further development of the Active Directory (Azure and on-prem) as well as the administration of GPOs
- You set up user accounts in Active Directory, manage these and other applications, and provide support for our company employees in internal user support using the ZenDesk system
- You collaborate on company-wide projects for the optimization and further development of the IT infrastructure and reliably create meaningful documentation in German and English
- You are willing to travel on business as part of projects or team-building measures

Your Profile
- You have successfully completed training in the IT field, e.g. as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
- You have ideally first professional experience in IT support or IT administration
- You have experience in the operation and maintenance of Windows systems and confident handling of Active Directory and other elementary network services as well as VMWare
- You ideally have experience with Linux and MacOS
- You have very good knowledge of German and English with good communication skills
- You show willingness to learn and open-mindedness towards new tasks

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
